Nb Seafood Casserole, A recipe from my good pal Lisa in NB, Canada I made a few of my own adjustments , While this wasn’t bad, we did find it bland The cheese (and used my favorite Cabot sharp cheddar) added no flavor whatsoever After serving it, I ended up dragging out the parmesan and some Old Bay to give it some flavor I might also recommend a little white wine added to the sauce the base

In a Slarge Skillet, Saute Onions and Celery in the 3 Tbsp Butteruntil Soft. Add Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder. Stir in Flour. |
