New Jersey Crumb Cake,This tastes EXACTLY like Entenmanns crumb cake! When we lived in Jersey, we used to get a crumb cake on Sunday mornings. Can’t find it here in TX, but this is just as good, if not better!!,I found this recipe on your site a couple of days ago and made it this afternoon. I followed the recipe exactly as written and I have to say it is AMAZING! Moist, tender cake, not overly sweet, that pairs nicely with the sweet cinnamony crumb topping. My nephew just stopped in and took half of the cake back home with him. It’s definitely a keeper. Thanks so much for sharing!,Well I just made this, its in the oven, read numerous reviews that raved about it, I am now concerned after reading more reviews that the cake will be raw and the crumb topping will burn. I was concerned with the topping, it seemed dry. I cut the butter in as instructed…guess Im going to bake it longer and put a piece foil over the top. I was so looking forward to making this too.
