Preheat a Pan of Olive Oil Deep Enough to Float the Rings to 375 Degrees. |

in a Mixing Bowl, Mix Ground Flaxseed in Water and Set Aside 2-3 Minutes Until It Hits a Gooey "egg-Y" Texture. |

Place Enough Battered Rings to Cover the Pan in Preheated Oil and Let Them Float and Fry For About 2 Minutes. Flip When They Achieve a Pleasant Brown Color Around the Outer Edges. Fry 2 More Minutes on the Flip Side, Remove With Tongs and Set Onto a Plate Covered in Many Layers of Paper Towels to Soak Up Excess Oil. |
