My husband loves them This is his cousins newest addition to the family cookbook Thanks Nic!, Yummy! This is always a hit a party and everybody wants the recipe , Wow! These were a hit at my christmas party, especially with the kids And instead of putting the bacon in with the brown sugar and in a bag, once i got the bacon rolled onto the smokies i just covered the top with the brown sugar Tasted just as good!! 3 People from the CParty asked me the next day for the recipe!!

Place Bacon and Brown Sugar Into Plastic Freezer Bag and Allow to Sit Overnight in the Fridge.(i Massage It a Few Times to Make Sure That Each Piece of Bacon Gets Fully Coated.) |

Wrap Each Lil Smokie With a Brown Sugar Coated Piece of Bacon and Insert Toothpick to Hold Bacon in Place. |

Place Each Lil Smokie on Foil Lined Baking Sheet (this Is a Must!), Broil on the Top Rack For 3-5 Mins, Then Flip Each Lil Smokie For Another 2-3 Minutes More. Make Sure Bacon Is Cooked and Should Start to Crisp. |
