Nindsy’s Best Potato Casserole, I got this recipe over at the TOH website It’s very popular there because it is a company dish that is so good and so easy No one can believe it is so simple The potatoes pair well with any meat ham, meatloaf, grilled meats, etc Or add them to your brunch buffet You will want to make more than you think you should as this goes FAST, says Nindsy who calls this her very best recipe You can make this with half-and-half but the taste is not the same , I’m expecting my first child and had friends over to visit & spend the night In the morning I needed to feed them something fast, easy and ideally, something I could eat too (onions and garlic don’t mix so well for me right now!) This dish was Perfect! Everyone loved it and I was even asked for the recipe This will be a common dish in my house from now on I can’t wait to try other combinations (once my stomach allows!), My Husband and I loved this recipe !!
