    No Bake Cookies Made With Chocolate Chips,I got this recipe from a high school friend. These take only 10 minutes to make and have saved me countless times when hungry boys unexpectedly descend on my house.,I’m using white chocolate chips and adding sweetened coconut flakes.,These are very good cookies. I personally didn’t own any instant oats- only steel cut. They worked out fine, but only because I ground them up in a blender. This made the cookies have a bit of a grainy texture, but it didn’t take anything away from the cookies. I also used a big spoonful of peanut butter and cut down the sugar to 3/4 cup (used semi-sweet chips). Overall, a good recipe. 🙂

    Put Oatmeal, Optional Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chips and Vanilla in a Mixing Bowl.

    Combine Butter, Milk and Sugar in a Saucepan and Heat Over Medium High Until Boiling. Let Boil For 1 Minute.

    Pour Hot Mix Into the Oatmeal Mix and Stir Well. Drop Spoonfuls Onto Wax Paper and Let Harden Before Eating. Freeze to Harden Faster.
