    No Bake Cookies Made With Chocolate Chips, I got this recipe from a high school friend These take only 10 minutes to make and have saved me countless times when hungry boys unexpectedly descend on my house , I’m using white chocolate chips and adding sweetened coconut flakes , These are very good cookies I personally didn’t own any instant oats- only steel cut They worked out fine, but only because I ground them up in a blender This made the cookies have a bit of a grainy texture, but it didn’t take anything away from the cookies I also used a big spoonful of peanut butter and cut down the sugar to 3/4 cup (used semi-sweet chips) Overall, a good recipe 🙂

    Put Oatmeal, Optional Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chips and Vanilla in a Mixing Bowl.

    Combine Butter, Milk and Sugar in a Saucepan and Heat Over Medium High Until Boiling. Let Boil For 1 Minute.

    Pour Hot Mix Into the Oatmeal Mix and Stir Well. Drop Spoonfuls Onto Wax Paper and Let Harden Before Eating. Freeze to Harden Faster.
