No-Bake Honey & Oat Peanut Butter Bars,Peanut butter, honey, and oatmeal – a winning combination. Sweet and easy. Wonderful afternoon snack for kids or adults. Cook time is freezing time.,Very nice, i made it into balls and forgot to put the vanilla but it was still nice. I would like to try this with some cocoa powder also. Great to find such a healthy dessert recipe. I made my own peanut butter also, by processing 2 cups of roasted peanuts and 2 teaspoons of peanut oil together.,What a great recipe! These homemade bars are better tasting, less expensive, and probably much healthier, than store-bought energy bars. I made them as posted, with chocolate chips on top, and my DH and I loved (!!) them. This recipe is a keeper, for sure! Thanks for sharing, littleturtle! (Made for the Spain and Portugal February 2012 Honey Tag.)
