No Cook Freezer Jam, Not sure if this is a new product, but I got a sample of Ball Simple Creations No Cook Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin at Wal-Mart along with some recipes More info at www freshpreserving com, Can I double this freezer jam receipe, Am I reading this correctly that 4 cups of fresh (unmashed) strawberries equals 1 pound of strawberries? I need to make a 6X batch of this, so I need 24# of strawberries? This seems a lot, so just checking Thanks!
