Great for breakfast, can be put in a cooler for work, construction or office! Equal amount of oatmeal to milk. I did 1/2 cup each, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 pkg sweetener. Then 1 small apple peeled and cubed. I will make often!,No need to cook? Should we cook Old Fashion Oatmeal for 5 minutes?
