No Fat Carrot Raisin Salad,Very light, tasty summer salad. I like to eat it for breakfast.,I love the simplicity of this recipe, however I had to tweak it a bit by adding Braggs Amino’s, I didn’t have pineapple so I substituted a couple splashes of apple cider vinegar, a couple dashes of sugar and added pear slices. It turned out fantastic! I will definitely make it again. Thanks for sharing this recipe!,I have never made a raisin carrot salad before. I was trying to get as close to Chick-fil-a as possible. When I make it again I would not use cinnamon and I would use vanilla greek yogurt. And I would also shred carrots super fine. It holds the moisture a little better.
