No-Knead Food Processor Thin Crust Pizza Dough, Yes, it’s a long name for the easiest thin crust pizza dough ever. For a thicker crust let the dough rise for 45 minutes or more. This is extremely quick and the dough is really stretchy and easy to work with. Adapted from the Canadian Living Cookbook., The crust was nice and crunchy., This turned out to be the best pizza crust I’ve ever made….must of messed up somewhere ;- I baked it at 500 on a parchment paper on top of a screen then removed it the paper after 10 mins or so and cooked until lovable on top. And the dough didn’t spring back for the first time. Let the dough sit for 1/2 hour. Didn’t use any extra flour. Glad I found this…..thanks.
