    Was this ever refreshing! I must have made this several times in the last few days. I definetely used alot more raspberies, and used the blender to crush and blend everything together. Raspberries and mint do go well together.

    In a 8-12 Oz. Glass, With the Back of a Spoon, Mash the Berries, Lime Wedges, Mint and Sugar Until Well Blended. You Can Remove the Mint, or Alternatively, Blend the Berries, Lime Juice(from Wedges), Mint and Sugar in a Blender.

    Add Crushed Ice, a Splash of Lime Juice and Club Soda to Fill the Glass.

    Shake. Garnish With a Lime Wedge. Serve and Enjoy!
