    in a Large Casserole Dish, Mix the Chicken, Mushrooms, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, Rice, and Mozzarella Cheese. Layer With Cheddar Cheese, and Top With Potato Chips.
