Very Healthy Apple Muffins,Great if you want healthy.,For healthy, a great choice; for taste, not quite great, & I did follow the recipe right on down! I’ll do them again, another time, & then I’ll take tips from several others who’ve made them ~ I think adding some toasted wheat germ would add to the flavor, as would some dried fruit (as in those dark raisins that I enjoy so much)! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC Tag],Very good muffin for fat free sugar free. I added raisins to mine. They dont have the same texture as regular muffins but that is what you can expect from using applesauce in place of the oil. I think these would also taste good with pumpkin or mashed bananas instead of the applesauce. Either way these were very tasty and I will make again. Thanks for posting!
