Very Healthy Salmon Cakes/Patties, We eat these all the time. They are extremely healthy and delicious too., Used whole eggs & incorporated leftover mash. Can’t go too far wrong with all those super ingredients., OMG, I made these tonight for my lunch tomorrow and I cannot tell you how excited I am. The fresh herbs smelled amazing as I cut them.. I didn’t put them in a pan but popped them on baking paper and put them in the oven.. I will make a little salad and Asian dressing and I will be good to go. Thanks for a great recipe.
