Definitely something to keep in mind for later in the year, as well, but we had no problem devouring it right in the middle of summer!     Nutty Buddy Pumpkin Spread, This goes great with celery, carrots, pears, apples and graham crackers My cousin brought this recipe home from a Boy Scout meeting and my kids and nephew love it It does need to chill for one hour before serving , Followed your recipe right on down & we were treated to a great spread/dip!
