    In a Blender, Grind the Sunflower Seeds Until Smooth.

    Place the Sunflower Puree and the Butter in a Medium Bowl and Cream Together Until Smooth.

    Add the Flour, Bran, Honey and Water and Stir Until Well Blended.

    Form the Dough Into a Ball, Place It on a Large Sheet of Waxed Paper and Shape It Into a Log.

    Wrap Waxed Paper Tightly Around the Dough and Chill For 4-6 Hours or Overnight.

    With a Serrated Knife, Slice the Dough Into 1/4" Rounds.

    Place the Rounds on Solid Fruit Roll Sheets Positioned on Dehydrator Trays.

    Dry at 145f For 4-6 Hours or Until Firm and Crisp.

    Store in an Air-Tight Container.
