    These were surprisingly really delicious! Im an amateur baker and feel like I did well! I reduced the sugar a fair bit and added a bit of coconut oil. Only query I have is.. mine turned really crunchy the next day. While still delicious, just wondering if it affects what its meant to do. How do I keep them soft and chewy? Heres potential things I couldve done wrong: - melted the butter before beating it with sugar - possibly overcooked as they were quite brown - left out to cook for too long (maybe 2 hours) - put in not the best airtight storage
