Oatmeal Muffins No Flour At All!

Features:
    Cuisine:

I tried making this today and they were so good. The crust is crisp but the inside is very soft and moist but not watery. I made some changes though. I skipped the nuts and raisins cause I don't have them, used only 1/2 of the honey (would have been too sweet), melted butter instead of oil, added cinnamon and protein powder. I let the batter stand for around 15 minutes before putting them in the oven to get soaked cause the batter looked too watery at first. Baked them at 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes..

Oatmeal Muffins (No Flour at All!), You can use bananas instead of the nuts and raisins, I tried making this today and they were so good The crust is crisp but the inside is very soft and moist but not watery I made some changes though I skipped the nuts and raisins cause I don’t have them, used only 1/2 of the honey (would have been too sweet), melted butter instead of oil, added cinnamon and protein powder I let the batter stand for around 15 minutes before putting them in the oven to get soaked cause the batter looked too watery at first Baked them at 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes , OK but very, very sweet, a little oily and undersides did not cook I’ll try again with many tweaks: lower temp from 450, halve the honey and oil, pulse half of the oats into flour/powder to get a better base for the muffins I added in double the amount of nuts and raisins because I like my muffins LOADED
