Oatmeal-Raisin Muffins,From the Cafe Beaujolais in northern California, a wonderful and different muffin recipe. From “Morning Food” by Margaret S. Fox and John Bear.,I thought these were a bit bland, needed more cinnamon and maybe some nutmeg. Thanks,These were perfect breakfast muffins!! They are not too sweet and they are kinda healthy!
