Oatmeal Raisin Scones, I found this one online somwhere and modified it I like these because they had the texture of biscuits, and a little bit of sweetness I made some honey butter to eat with them , This recipe is very easy, but needs to be modified Only add 1T of baking powder
A suggestion to those who couldn’t find baking powder in their cupboard, just take out the salt, and the baking powder, replace plain flour with self-rising flour, and there you have it! That’s what I did I also added a little bit of coconut powder, perhaps around a table spoon, and it give it an extra kick! Also if you like honey you could put some of that in, suggestion 1Tb I enjoyed it allot, I’ve already eaten two of them!
