Oatmeal Salmon Patties, This is a very healthy and tasty recipe for salmon patties It is also very fast and easy to make What more could a chef want!, Simple, yet delicious! I told my kids it was a poor mams crab cake!!! Lol This recipe is a keeper I put a squeezed fresh lemon juice and lemon dill tartar sauce , These are so good! I like them better this way than with crackers plus the oatmeal makes me feel like Im being healthier 🙂

Pan Fry the Patties in Margarine Over Medium Heat For 3-4 Minutes on Each Side or Until Golden Brown and Heated Through.
