Oatmeal Salmon Patties, This is a very healthy and tasty recipe for salmon patties. It is also very fast and easy to make. What more could a chef want!, Simple, yet delicious! I told my kids it was a poor mams crab cake!!! Lol This recipe is a keeper. I put a squeezed fresh lemon juice and lemon dill tartar sauce., These are so good! I like them better this way than with crackers plus the oatmeal makes me feel like Im being healthier. :

Pan Fry the Patties in Margarine Over Medium Heat For 3-4 Minutes on Each Side or Until Golden Brown and Heated Through.
