    If you think you have to be brave to try this recipe because of the allspice & cinnamon, actually it tastes pretty good with a subtle spice effect. I left out the garlic because we were all anxious to eat, in which case perhaps it could had earned five stars, but I confess that I wanted something with both okra and cheese.
