1/2 jalapenos or 1/2 green chili pepper, serrano diced fine
1 lime (juice)
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped fine (rinsed and dried)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 - 3 dash hot sauce
