Old Fashion Berry Cobbler

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is the second time I've made the cobber (yet used peaches), and both times the treat came out just perfect. I especially like the recipe for the cake-like texture of the batter rather than a biscuit-like texture. And the recipe sure did feel like a science experiment the first time I made the cobbler, but the presentation, taste, consistency and flavor were perfect! Thank you again. Will make many times (already confined to my memory)! Ellie
