Old Fashion Berry Cobbler,Very good served slightly warm with Ice cream and recipe has been in family for over 100 years,This is the second time I’ve made the cobber (yet used peaches), and both times the treat came out just perfect. I especially like the recipe for the cake-like texture of the batter rather than a biscuit-like texture. And the recipe sure did feel like a science experiment the first time I made the cobbler, but the presentation, taste, consistency and flavor were perfect! Thank you again. Will make many times (already confined to my memory)! Ellie,Can I substitute peaches for the berries?
