After trying this one, we both agree this is the best. I am compiling a list of recipes for our daughter, recently married and attending college. I am looking for recipes that are simple to follow for a novice cook, that still deliver great taste. This is one of them. Thank you, Charisma.

    Grease a 2-Quart Casserole Dish.

    Beat Eggs and Add Milk.

    Stir in Sugar, Uncooked Rice, Butter, Vanilla Essence, Raisins and Nutmeg.
