GIve it a chance In Corsicana TX there is a restaurant called Old Mexican Inn and this is served with Tortilla Chips and I crave it all the time since I’ve moved to Tennessee I’ve even called them and asked for the recipe They laugh and hang up because they are called so often Once I saw how much mayo was in it I was kinda worried at how much I had consumed lol It is delicious Serve it at partys and tell them it’s a family secret so they will eat it and love it You will not regret this recipe!!!!, I grew up in corsicana and that was my favorite dip from anywhere, I’m excited to try it at home!!!, I am from Corsicana My mother worked at The Old Mexican Inn back in the 50s She never knew the recipe I finally found someone that knew it I’ve been making this since the 70s It is so good! It is also delicious as a salad dressing When we go back there we always have to go eat there Mmmmm!
