2 ripe tomatoes, chopped (i prefer them peeled)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 - 2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, deveined and finely chopped (optional)
