Olive Garden Salad (Copycat),My whole family loves Olive Garden’s Salad! There are already a couple of recipes here for the dressing, so here is a recipe for the salad itself.,I love this salad. I generally go to a head of iceberg lettuce instead of the bagged, and I tear it instead of chopping, as the edges hold their color better. If I’m also serving guests who don’t care for tomatoes, use whole cherry tomatoes. Otherwise, I stick with the Roma tomatoes. Be sure to keep the ingredients as dry as possible before adding the dressing. I shake the moisture from the olives and peppers before tossing them in. This allows the dressing to adhere better. use any good, bagged garlic herb croutons. I either use the Olive Garden brand of bottled dressing OR go to the copycat dressing recipe you can find on line. I serve this with Zupa Tuscana, which uses my modified version of the OG copycat you can also find on line. Great dinner!!,what brand of croutons work best
