Olive Garden Sangria

Features:
    Cuisine:

It was Ok but nothing near what Olive Garden's taste like. I would recommend using the berry mix they sell at Olive Garden. I think it's like $8.00.

Olive Garden Sangria,Fell in love with this after a friend and I had dinner at O.G., searched for the recipe and found it at Copykat Creations.,It was Ok but nothing near what Olive Garden’s taste like. I would recommend using the berry mix they sell at Olive Garden. I think it’s like $8.00.,Before adding the Vermouth this was very close to the taste of Olive Gardens Berry Sangria, although it was a bit too sweet for me. The Vermouth, in my opinion, made this undrinkable. Next time I’ll use a lighter, more dry red wine, skip the Vermouth and add 1 to 2 cups smooth undetectable tasting Brandy instead. I skipped the simple syrup because the Lambrusco wine and juice is already very sweet and since I made my own grenadine using 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice, 1 cup sugar and a squeeze from half of a fresh lime, I didn’t think the simple syrup was needed.
