    Olivia’s Garlic Spinach Saut, This is such a beautiful, colorful dish It also tastes great and is good for you , We enjoyed this very much thanks for posting , Very yummy We doubled the tomato, and used fresh heirlooms, which really brought this dish over the top (I would not recommend using canned) I agree with other reviewers, the two of us easily ate the two small side dish portions this recipe yielded

    Heat 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil in a Heavy Skillet Over Medium Heat.

    Add the Onions an Saut For 5 Minutes or Until Soft and Beginning to Brown.

    Stir in Tomatoes and Cook to Heat Through, About 1 Minute.
