    One Dish Chicken and Rice Bake,This recipe goes together in 5 minutes and bakes in 45. Best of all it is mixed and baked in the same casserole! Enjoy this recipe from American Century Cookbook.,The cook time wasn’t long enough for my oven. Needed at least an hour, or maybe more. After 45 min chicken wasn’t quite done and rice wasn’t cooked. Good flavor though.,This is an old Minnesota/North Dakota recipe. We add dry onion soup mix on top and cover with foil. Add milk instead of water. For a family, make in a 9 X 13 pan and double the soup. use cream of mushroom and cream of chicken and bake for one hour.

    Mix Soup, Water, Rice, and 1/4 Tsp Each of Paprika and Pepper in Ungreased Shallow 2-Quart Casserole.

    Lay Chicken on Top and Sprinkle With Remaining Paprika and Pepper.
