Stove Top One-Dish Chicken Bake With Vegetables.,This is a very versatile recipe. It calls for cream of mushroon soup but I make it with cream of chicken or cream of celery. It calls for mixed vegetables but I have made it with frozen corn, or green beans or peas. use 2 boxes of stuffing mix because we like lots of stuffing.,I’m confused. Your recipe says to “mix stuffing according to instructions and set aside (do not cook).” My box calls for me to boil water and add the stuffing mix. So should I add it to boiling water or leave it crouton style in the box? Please define what you are calling “do not cook.”,I followed some of the advice here and wasn’t really happy with the results. Would recommend making the recipe without adjustments the first time around (as you should do anyway). I’m a novice cook so mostly everything I make it from a recipe lol. Overall, thanks for sharing though. Can’t wait to make it again following it as written. I think it’ll turn out great!
