One-Pot Chicken Taco Rice, This is my Mom’s recipe. It’s really good, plus it’s easy to prepare when you don’t have a lot of time to cook dinner!, This was a good, quick, throw together recipe. I liked that I was able to whip it up in just a few minutes. Unfortunately, I think the minute rice gave it a sort of “processed” flavor that took away from the final product. I think making it with regular cooked rice would have taken more time, but had a better quality taste in the end. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
