Rhonda, thank you for your post!,Good and easy, the only thing I didnt do was add the noodles to the mince, simply because DH wanted to have savoury mince in the fridge to have in pita bread, so I did the noodles separately. Otherwise I’m a huge fan of one-dish meals!!! I added sliced mushrooms and celery, simply to up the veggie content. Very good recipe, thank you, Rhonda
