    One Step Spinach Scramble,Makes an anytime healthy side dish !,I enjoyed this very much! So simple and fresh, and very quick, too. I added about four sliced mushrooms, because I had them left from another dish I had made. It is colorful, too, so I posted a photo. Hope you like it!
