Onion Dip from Scratch,This is Alton Brown’s recipe.,Very yummy, a party hit at Thanksgiving. And gluten free too :),This dip is the bomb. Made it exactly like the recipe. It looks like the dip you buy at the store, so I don’t know why people think the dip is too light in color? Heat Oil in a Saute Pan Over Medium Heat. |

Add Onions and 1/4 Teaspoons Salt. |
