    Stir in Enough of the Remaining Flour Until Dough Is Stiff.

    Turn Out Onto a Well-Floured Board.

    Knead For 10 Minutes.

    Place in a Plastic Bowl and Cover.

    Let Dough Rise in a Warm Place Until Double in Bulk. This May Take 1 1/2 Hours.
