Ooey Gooey Shrimp and Artichoke Dip, I got the idea for this recipe from the restaurant I work at I love to eat this with pita chips or toasted french bread , Seriously the best dip I’ve made in a really long time!! Better than going out for it!, This was really good A very nice artichoke dip – we had it wih homemade pita chips I am trying to lose weight so I am trying to come up with a lowfat version of this (I did use lowfat sour cream) Thanks for a great little recipe Made for PAC Spring ’09
