Orange Almond Scones, These are a little more involved than some scones, but still quick and delicious I love them with raspberry jam and whipped cream Wonderful in the morning or at teatime , I made as per the recipe, except i added about a cup of chopped frozen cranberries – these are delicious!, I usually find scones to be too dry but not these! The have a nice texture to them and don’t crumble I really enjoyed the flavours of the orange and almond – they go together nicely I had this with coffee but not because I needed a drink to wash it down! Thanks momaphet! 🙂
