Orange-Balsamic Chicken, My mom was cleaning out one of her closets and came across several folders full of recipes that she had clipped from magazines and newpapers over the years. This appears to have come from an advertisement for a Weight Watchers Cookbook called “Quick Cooking for Busy People”. I don’t know if they used the same point system back then as they do now but this claims to be worth 4 points. Anyway, it’s a quick and tasty way to make chicken!, Exactly what I was looking for: perfect blend of flavors!! Only thing I might add, if you like spicy, is to add in a touch of Jalapeno or Sriracha, but perfect as written for my taste!, Sorry, this was so-so and rather bland for us, even after adding shallots saut?ed the extras from a salad makings and red pepper flakes> I thought adding some heat to the sweet sauce would be nice. NOthing really perked it up. This recipe has potential but I doubt I will make again. Made for Best of 2012 Tag Game.
