Thank you, Sharon, I’m glad I found this I’m thinking it will make an appearance at our Easter table , This is a supurb dessert that is not difficult to make I did add a little more orange zest/peel to the batter & to the sauce, but then I like the taste!     In a Medium Bowl Beat Sugar, Butter, and Egg Yolks at Medium Speed Until Light and Fluffy.

    Mix Flour With Baking Powder and Salt; Add Alternately to Sugar Mixture With Milk at Low Speed, Beginning and Ending With Flour Mixture.

    Beat Egg Whites Until Stiff but not Dry; Fold Egg Whites and Orange Rind Gently Into the Batter.

    Pour Into Greased and Floured 13x9x2-Inch Baking Pan.

    Bake at 375f For 20-25 Minutes or Until Golden Brown.

    Cool, Cut Into Squares, and Serve With Warm Orange Sauce. Enjoy!
