Orange Dessert Squares, A lovely dessert adapted from Your Guide to Southern U S Cuisine by Diana Rattray Also popular in the Caribbean and Mexico, and the South!, Really delightful! Light, sweet and slightly tart, it was the perfect ending to a good Mexican meal for dinner guests And the sauce!! Oh my goodness!! Delicious! Thank you, Sharon, I’m glad I found this I’m thinking it will make an appearance at our Easter table , This is a supurb dessert that is not difficult to make I did add a little more orange zest/peel to the batter & to the sauce, but then I like the taste! Sharon, you’ve got another OUTSTANDING recipe here! Many thanks for sharing!
