Orange Upside-Down Oven Biscuits,These pretty, delicious and easy to prepare biscuits were found in Kitchen to Kitchen a feature in The Houston Chronicle. Hope you enjoy.,Love these. I have had trouble with the sticky topping staying in the pan instead of on the muffins when inverting.,Maybe I did something wrong, but I wasn’t impressed. With the proportions of butter and sugar in these, they should have been a lot richer and sweeter. The topping largely soaked into the biscuits instead of forming a glaze as I’d expected. Not bad, but not something I’m likely to make again.
