6 large eggs
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup whipping cream (unwhipped)
2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 - 2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
orange slice (to garnish)
powdered sugar, for sprinkling

    I actually made this for dinner for the boys because they wanted French Toast. I made a loaf of crusty french bread the day before and used it for this recipe. They loved the orange and said the french toast was "perfection"... The recipe halved easily. Thanks Kitz!
