Oriental Curried Rice Salad,I have taken this salad to many pot lucks and it is always well received. There is a nice mix of flavours in the dressing. I hope you enjoy it!,I love this salad and often take it to potluck style gatherings. I never add salt or celery seed to the dressing as I find the soy sauce to be more than salty enough, and use green onions in place of the red ones because I find raw red onions too harsh for some tummies. I also leave the rice warm and just add the frozen peas to the rice. The heat of the rice is enough to cook the peas enough to make them warmed but not soggy as I like them with a bit of pop.,Tried this one yesterday. Very happy I did as it was a bigger hit than i thought it would be. My son also liked it warm like another reviewer, and my husband said he would like to try it warm as well, though he loved it cold. Thanks for that, I will be making it again.
