Oriental Ramen Broccoli Coleslaw

Features:
    Cuisine:

Several points: 1) If you want the noodles to be crisp, why would you ever dress the salad for 24 hours. 2) Why would you need close to 1.25 cups of dressing for 8.5 oz of broccoli slaw? used nearly 2/3 of the dressing and that was far too much dressing. 3) There was way too much sugar in the dressing. used cane vinegar which is the harshest flavored vinegar and that still could not offset all of that sugar. 4) 510 calories for a serving? It is way too much oil. This is a poor recipe.
