Ortega Scramble

Features:

Wonderful served with salsa! I couldn't believe how much it resembles Chili Rellano in flavor. Surprisingly no one would ever know that there are torn pieces of flour tortillas even in this.I would think if you had any leftover it would be good inserted into a fresh tortilla with salsa and served as a breakfast burrito as well. Very good! Made for PAC Fall 2009.

Ortega Scramble, This is a recipe that I made up one day inspired by Chile Rellano Its very simple to make and a great way to spice up scrambled eggs I usually make this on the weekends for my family , Wonderful served with salsa! I couldn’t believe how much it resembles Chili Rellano in flavor Surprisingly no one would ever know that there are torn pieces of flour tortillas even in this I would think if you had any leftover it would be good inserted into a fresh tortilla with salsa and served as a breakfast burrito as well Very good! Made for PAC Fall 2009 recipezaar com/bb/viewtopic zsp?t=310505&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0, What a surprise! I made this last night I did add one cup diced red sweet pepper with the eggs and green chilies and a 1/4 cup evaporated milk(it makes the mix a little creamier)and salt and pepper To save time, tear the tortillas in bite size pieces before you start to cook, saves time This is a great dish to serve hungry football players!!
