Our Secret Sirloin Steak,Great steak–Mmmm.,Amazing flavor. I unpacked the steaks, placed them in a bag with the marinade, and let them sit on the cool counter for 2 hours. Started them on the grill on high high heat to develop a nice crust and then moved them to the top rack to finish cooking. They were perfection.,Outstanding flavor! I marinated the steaks 24 hours. I removed them from the refrigerator an hour before putting them on the grill.

Combine 1/4 Cup of the Lea& Perrins, Lemon Juice, Oil, Minced Onion, Salt and Minced Garlic; Mix Well and Set Aside. |
